Delivery & Shipping Orders with plants are shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays to ensure delivery before the weekend. Orders with only seeds are shipped within 1-5 business days. When ordering both seeds and cuttings, the seeds will be shipped together with the cuttings. If an order with plants is placed on a Monday or Tuesday, it will be shipped as soon as possible, otherwise, it will be shipped the following week.
The customer is not compensated for any loss or damage, nor if the cuttings have been damaged during shipment. As plants are living entities, they can be affected during delivery by weather conditions or other external factors, which we cannot control, but we do our utmost to pack them well. During winter, we pack with extra insulating material and recommend shipping to a pickup point as coleus are sensitive to cold.
Cosmetic damage and differences in coloring compared to product images are not grounds for complaints, as long as the plant is still alive. Lost packages and damages incurred during shipping are not compensated; all responsibility lies with the carrier (Postnord) once Palettparadiset has sent the goods.
Prices & Payment Options We reserve the right to make any price changes, out-of-stock items, and corrections of incorrect prices. Prices on the website include VAT and are stated in Swedish kronor. Any payment and shipping fees are specified at checkout.
Promotions and sale prices are valid for specific periods. During sales, prices apply as long as stocks last. We reserve the right to cancel purchases according to applicable consumer rights legislation.
Palettparadiset has the right to change general terms, assortments, prices, images, and descriptions on the website.
Right of Withdrawal When purchasing goods in the online store, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive the goods. However, live plants, bulbs, cuttings, and roots are exempt from the Distance Selling Act and cannot be returned.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, notify us immediately in writing via info@palettparadiset.se. Your message should clearly state your name, address, email address, order number, and which goods the return applies to. Return shipping is at your expense, and the goods should be sent in their original packaging. We reserve the right to deduct any depreciation in value if the goods are used or damaged.
Complaints and Claims To approve a complaint, you must collect your package the same day it arrives at the pickup point or mailbox. The plants should be taken care of the same day. We inspect the products before shipping, but if they are damaged by us or contain the wrong item, we will correct the error at no cost. Contact us immediately when the error is discovered via info@palettparadiset.se. Attach clear pictures, your name, address, order number, email address, and a description of the issue.
For approved complaints, we cover the return shipping cost. Note that if a package is lost during the return process, you as the customer are responsible for the products.

Growing Facilities and Pests The coleus are grown in isolated facilities and regularly checked for pests. For extra protection against unwanted insects, beneficial insects are used in the cultivation. Therefore, you may find such insects on the cuttings upon unpacking. If you discover pests, please contact us so we can check our crops. Insects thrive and live on plants in nature, and even though we take preventive measures, there is no guarantee that the plants are completely free from insects, including pests. Insects do not constitute grounds for complaints.
Limitation of Liability We accept no liability for delays or errors due to circumstances beyond the company's control (Force Majeure).
Printing Errors and Out-of-Stock Items We reserve the right for any printing errors on this website and out-of-stock products.
Product Images The product images are taken of an exemplary coleus/plant, often exposed to a lot of light and grown large. Coleus can look different depending on light exposure and care. We always strive to show the most accurate images possible to give you a fair picture of the coleus/plant.
Outer Pots and Accessories/Decorations Not included in the price at purchase.
Cuttings, Seeds, and Plants The description indicates whether it is seeds, cuttings, plants, or other products being sold.
Price Compensation All prices include VAT and are per piece for cuttings. For seeds, the indicated number is given. Prices can change both up and down, and it is always the stated price that applies on the day of purchase.
Unclaimed Package Before ordering, check your delivery address and postal code. If the package is returned due to incorrect information, you will be charged for the shipping cost both ways. Unclaimed packages are charged regardless, as they can no longer be sold and must be discarded. The return cost is charged to you as the customer.
In the event of a dispute, Palettparadiset AB follows the recommendations of the National Board for Consumer Disputes.
Damaged Package Report directly to us at info@palettparadiset.se if your package is damaged upon collection. Attach your order number and pictures of the damage. If approved, the shipping company compensates for the goods, and we will refund you.
